VA BEACH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first two day's I left and drove and drove and drove until we made it to the hotel in New Jersey. From there we drove and drove and drove and drove some more until we made it to VA Beach.

So far we have had super huge waves that reached FOUR FEET TALL. It was a perfect day for boogie boarding our first morning. It was more fun to ride on top of a wave and get half way to shore than it was to get engulfed in the wave, have no control, and end up flopping out on shore. The polite contest is in full session. The rules are simple everyone tries to be the most polite whenever we go out to restaurants. At the end, we all get complimented for what aspect we performed the best in such as "Most vocal with pleases and thank you's" and "most polite posture" and one year with Aidan "Most room for improvement."

We got the same condo which means we have the pirate ship beds. I love those beds they are so cool! I am sleeping on the top right hand side with Ben on the bottom bunk. Aidan and Alaina are another pair with Alaina on the top bunk. Maddy sleeps on the floor which in the pirate ship game is a raft.

I consider my Dad a sand artist. He always makes these really cool big sand sculptures. I try to do my best though his are always a bit better. Today, me, Aidan, Maddy, Ben, and Alaina made a turtle. It was one of our best sand sculptures. My Dad built a giant land shark. It was really cool (pictures above).

Today it also rained. So we watched "Hairspray," played in our super cool beds, and sang lots of songs (accompanied by Ben's new ukulele).
